Director
Raquel Blackwell
Raquel is the Director of Reconnect Support Services Tasmania, Raquel has extensive experience in Management, ADHD, Autism and is very community based. Raquel is also very active in her community with locals charities and organisations.
Raquel has also completed Diploma in Community Services
General Manager | Director
Jordon King
Jordon King leads Reconnect Support Services Tasmania with a strong commitment to person-centred disability support. He holds formal qualifications in Disability and Community Services and has completed specialist training in Positive Behaviour Support, ADHD, and Autism. In 2025, Jordon was awarded Young Citizen of the Year for Glenorchy and was a finalist for the Service to the Disability Sector Award at the Tasmanian Young Achiever Awards.

Angelique Nankivell
Angie has over 30 years of Experience in the Childcare, Disability and Education sector and has completed Certificate 3 in Education Support, Diploma of Childcare, Manual Handling and qualified in communication tools.

Getting started is easy. You or your representative can contact us by phone, email or online enquiry.
We will organise a complimentary consultation to get to know you, your g and what’s important to you.
Week 1Consulatation and Planning
Consultation and Planning
We meet with you (and anyone you’d like involved) to learn about your goals, interests and support needs.
Together, we review your NDIS plan and create supports that fit your lifestyle and choices.

At Reconnect, our Support Plans look at the whole picture — from where you would like us to park, to your hobbies, interests, and how you like to spend your time.
We take the time to get to know you as a person, not just a participant. We are strongly relationship-focused and believe great support comes from trust, consistency, and genuine connection.

Week 2Agreement and Getting Started
Agreement and Getting Started
Once you’re happy, we finalise your Service Agreement and Support Plan so supports can begin smoothly.
If needed, our Registered Nurse helps develop any clinical care plans to keep you safe and well.
