We Live & Breathe Our Values!

OUR VALUES

We support people to make their own choices and have control over their lives. At Reconnect, empowerment means helping you build confidence, independence and skills so you can live life in the way that matters most to you.

Everyone deserves to feel valued and safe. We treat every person with kindness and care and we respect privacy, personal space and individual needs at all times.

We listen to you and take your views seriously. Your culture, beliefs, preferences, and life experiences are important to us, and we honour them in the way we provide support.

Trust is built through honesty, consistency, and reliability. We work hard to be dependable, communicate clearly, and do what we say we will do, so you can feel confident in your support team.

We always act in the best interests of the people we support. This means being honest, accountable, and transparent in everything we do, and providing supports that are safe, ethical, and professional.

We are always learning and improving. We look for new and better ways to support people, embrace new ideas and technology, and adapt our services to meet changing needs and goals.
